Welcome to Week 17, Bills Mafia! Coming off their fourth consecutive win, the Buffalo Bills are back in action today at home as they will host the Philadelphia Eagles, who just won the NFC East last week.

While both teams will be playing in the postseason, the main focus is on today’s game because both Buffalo and Philly still have more to play for going into the postseason. When you look at the NFL schedule that is happening today, this is clearly the best game to tune into by a mile.

We have two teams that obviously have their inconsistencies, but are also true championship contenders. This could very well be a Super Bowl preview for fans and quite frankly, it would be a fantastic Super Bowl match that the NFL could very much use.

As fans are getting ready for this big time battle, here is some important info for fans to know about, per the Buffalo Bills’ PR team.

Mini-history between Bills and Eagles

Buffalo and Philadelphia have faced off against each other 15 times since 1973 and the Eagles lead the all-time series, 9-6 per Pro Football Reference. The Bills haven’t beat the Eagles in 14 years, with their last win being in 2011 where Buffalo won 31-24. That was when Ryan Fitzpatrick and Michael Vick were the quarterbacks in that matchup.

Since Josh Allen came into the league, Buffalo has played Philly twice. They were blown out by the Eagles 31-13 in 2019, and then lost in a thriller overtime battle back in 2023. Believe it or not, that loss to the Eagles was Buffalo’s last loss of the regular season while Philly went downhill later that season.

Kickoff from Highmark Stadium will be at 4:25PM and fans do not want to miss this exciting battle of conferences matchup.
