Tomorrow night at 8PM EST, the entire NFL schedule will be released for all 32 teams which crosses off another major milestone of the offseason heading into the 2025 season. However, we have already learned about various games that are official for the season.
On opening Thursday night on September 4th, the Philadelphia Eagles will begin their title defense as they host the Dallas Cowboys. On Christmas night, the Kansas City Chiefs will be hosting the Denver Broncos. There is so much that we have already learned which is building up towards the anticipation of the official schedule release.
Earlier today, Good Morning Football revealed the international game slate where fans will be able to watch an NFL game being played in Brazil, Ireland, London, Germany, and Spain. The Buffalo Bills are not one of those teams that will be playing internationally for the second consecutive season.
With the international games announced, we now know that the Bills won’t have to travel far for their games in 2025. The furthest cities that the Bills will have to travel to are Miami and Houston. They don’t have one west coast game and two of their AFC North matchups are in cities no further than 3-4 hours away, driving wise (Cleveland and Pittsburgh).
NFL gifts Bills with major away schedule setup
According to Bill Speros, per Adam Schefter, the Bills will be traveling 10,546 miles in the regular season which is the second shortest amount in the entire league. The only team that is traveling less than Buffalo is the Cincinnati Bengals (8,753 miles).

As for the rest of the AFC East, the Patriots are traveling 12,547 miles, the Jets are traveling 18,055 miles, and then the Dolphins are going the furthest with 24,409 miles. Buffalo has a serious advantage when it comes to their travel schedule. Now, depending on when the games at Miami and Houston take place, there is a chance that the Bills will not have to travel far at all in the second half of the season.
