Kickoff is right around the corner on Sunday Night Football where fans will see a division battle between the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots. After the Philadelphia Eagles dropped their game against the Denver Broncos, the Bills are coming into this game as the only remaining undefeated team in the league. The Patriots will be looking to change that.
The Bills already ruled out Dorian Strong and Dorian Williams earlier this week, but they will get some help back going into tonight’s game.
Final inactives for Bills in Week 5
According to the Buffalo Bills’ PR X account, the Bills are getting some much needed help back tonight against the Patriots.
While Ed Oliver still continues to be out with an injury that he suffered the week of the Bills’ Week 2 game, linebacker Matt Milano is back in action after missing the last two games. In addition, right tackle Spencer Brown is back on the field after missing last week with a calf injury.
Oliver missing his fourth consecutive game is a bit concerning and it seems like the injury he had was more severe than it was talked about. In addition, the Bills will also be without Elijah Moore and Brandon Codrington, both who are ruled inactive despite not having a reported injury.
Making his season debut tonight is edge rusher Landon Jackson, who did not play the first four weeks. He will now get the chance to show why the Bills selected him in the third round. Being part of a heavy rotation on the defensive line, Bills fans should see Jackson a good amount tonight.
Another surprise inactive is defensive tackle T.J. Sanders. While he is inactive along with Oliver, the Bills are rolling with two practice squad guys who they elevated yesterday, Zion Logue and Phidarian Mathis.
Kickoff is at 8:20PM on NBC and all football fans will want to tune in for this AFC East battle.
