The Buffalo Bills are trying to make it to the regular season as healthy as possible, but they, unfortunately, weren’t able to escape Thursday’s practice without a scare. Following a play, veteran corner Tre’Davious White hopped off the field on one leg before being examined by trainers. White then walked slowly towards the locker room with a trainer, before getting on a cart and being driven to the building.
The Bills haven’t relesed any details about White’s injury yet, so everyone is still holding their breath as they hope the veteran corner isn’t dealing with anything serious that will force him to miss a lot of time.

Tre’Davious White suffers lower-body injury in Bills practice
White, who returned to Buffalo this offseason, has a history of lower body injuries. In 2023, he tore his right Achilles. Two years prior to that, in 2021, the corner tore his right ACL. Hopefully, the corner isn’t dealing with something that significant this time.
White started his career with the Bills, being drafted by the team in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He starred at corner for Buffalo in his first seven years, making two Pro Bowls and two All-Pro teams during that span. In 2024, though, the Bills released him and he joined the Los Angeles Rams. White didn’t stay with the Rams long, though, eventually being traded to the Baltimore Ravens.
After finishing out his one-year deal in Baltimore, White entered free agency and returned to his NFL home in Buffalo after just a year away. The veteran corner has been having a good camp, and was poised to contribute in the Bills’ secondary like he had for years. Hopefully, the injury he picked up on Thursday isn’t significant, and White will still be able to be an impact player in his return.
