No team in the NFL is perfect, but we know who the top teams are and who the bottom teams are. There are even times when some of the top teams in the league may not be the most dominant overall team, but they do have a dominant player that carries them.
The Buffalo Bills are one of those teams where they don’t have the most overwhelming roster, but they do have the best football player in the league in Josh Allen. Hence why they will always be Super Bowl contenders as long as he is playing great football.
Everyone knows that the Bills have roster holes that they need to fill, but as long as their quarterback situation is great, then they will always be great. A lot of teams aren’t able to say this, including two within the AFC East alone.

Brad Gagnon from Bleacher Report listed the ten worst quarterback situations as the NFL Draft approaches and Bills fans can only laugh as they see the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets on the list. The Dolphins were ranked at No. 5 and the Jets were at the top of the list at No. 1.
Gagnon on the Dolphins:
"Why it's Bad: They've given up on Tagovailoa in favor of Malik Willis, who flashed as a backup in Tennessee and Green Bay but is a soon-to-be 27-year-old with six career touchdown passes under his belt. Willis is now the 18th-highest-paid quarterback in the NFL." said Gagnon.
Gagnon on the Jets:
"Outlook:Â Even if Smith surprises, they know they need another long-term option. Just like Arizona, they're left contemplating whether to take Simpson or a middle/late-round quarterback, versus waiting for next year. That's not fun." said Gagnon.
The AFC East is a battle between the Bills and the Patriots at the top. As for the Jets and Dolphins, both of them are rebuilding but Miami has more of an advantage as they have a brand new regime and have really gone all in for the rebuild. The Jets on the other hand are going into their second season with Darren Mougey and Aaron Glenn, and jobs could be on the line.
Miami and New York are bottom five teams heading into the NFL Draft, and most likely will be in the tier going into the season. It seems like forever now that both teams have struggled beyond getting solid quarterback play and it’s part of the reason why they have no postseason success in a very long time.
Bills fans know that the roster in Buffalo is not perfect, and there is room for improvement. However, they can smile big knowing that Josh Allen is under center and as long as he is playing football at a high level, the Bills will always be near the top of the league.
