This Sunday will kick off the start of the postseason for the Buffalo Bills. Fans are hoping that this team isn’t a one-and-done, which would be an absolute shock across the league. However, it doesn’t help that they are facing one of the best defensive units in the Denver Broncos.

The regular season was very successful for the Bills, who made a lot of history and won their fifth consecutive AFC East title in Week 13. They were so dominant, they clinched their division before taking on the New England Patriots for the first time in Week 16. One player that has been a surprise hit for the Bills is wideout Mack Hollins.

When the Bills revamped their roster this offseason, it included losing their two best receivers in Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Aside from Khalil Shakir, Buffalo didn’t have any true weapons for Josh Allen. Hollins signed a one-year deal with the Bills and has produced his second-best season productivity wise in Buffalo.

He bought into what Joe Brady has produced for this offense and has been surprisingly one of Buffalo’s more impactful players this year. However, Hollins has become a fan-favorite in Buffalo because of his fantastic personality. Whether it’s because of his on the field dances, his outfits that he wears arriving at the stadium, or the fact that he doesn’t wear shoes. He is just an overall great person and great fit for this Bills team.

Mack Hollins has perfect solution for mentality Bills must have for playoffs

Per Alex Brasky, Hollins was asked questions about the Bills’ mentality heading into the playoffs and he essentially said as long as the Bills are “the team that got us here is going to help us win.”

Hollins’ answer is spot on because it’s the truth. There have been too many times that we have seen the Bills be a specific team that has gone far, but then changed something up only to lose a crucial game. Buffalo has the opportunity to keep proving doubters wrong in the playoffs. They are just three wins away from going to their first Super Bowl since the 1993 season.

As long as Buffalo stays true to what they have been doing, there is no doubt that they will be on their way to New Orleans for a chance to play for the trophy that all 32 teams want to raise at the end of the season.
