The first round of the NFL Draft is officially over and we are heading into the second and third round tonight. We saw surprising moves after the Cam Ward-to-Tennessee pick, which included a massive traded between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cleveland Browns that brought Travis Hunter to Northern Florida.

As for the Buffalo Bills, they left the first round with cornerback Maxwell Hairston who will help solidify the secondary for the Bills for years to come. Now it's time to focus on the available prospects going into the next two rounds tonight. There is still plenty of talent available for the Bills going into the second day of the draft.

Best Day 2 prospects for Buffalo Bills

WR Jalen Royals, Utah State

If the Bills are looking for someone with speed and ability to play inside and outside the numbers, then look no further than wideout Jalen Royals from Utah State. He excels against zone coverage and would be a solid weapon for Josh Allen for the future.

LB Carson Schwesinger, UCLA

The Bills might have to prepare for the departure of Matt Milano after 2025. He already took a pay cut earlier this offseason and two major injuries the last two seasons may have him on his way out the exit door. Carson Schwesinger is a linebacker who can cover well and has an act of being aggressive to attack the ball.

DT T.J. Sanders, South Carolina

Tyleik Williams was taken in the first round by the Detroit Lions, but he would have been the perfect fit for the Bills in the second round. However, the Bills can pivot towards T.J. Sanders from South Carolina who can play over the center and in-between the guards as well. He is a great run-defender who can team up with Ed Oliver for the future.

RB Kaleb Johnson, Iowa

The drama with James Cook continues along as he is seeking a big payday from the Bills. Will they cave and pay him $15-$20 million per year? I would be completely shocked if they did. With that, they need to focus on finding his replacement and they should be looking at Kaleb Johnson out of Iowa. He's a powerback who is built perfectly for the cold weather in Buffalo.

CB Benjamin Morrison, Notre Dame

You can never have too many corners in the NFL and the Bills need more corners for the future. They already have Christian Benford, and they also drafted Maxwell Hairston, but what’s one more? Benjamin Morrison was a ballhawk with the Fighting Irish and bringing him to Buffalo would help solidify the secondary even more.
