Buffalo Bills: 3 reasons to worry about Dorian Williams

Reasons to worry about Buffalo Bills rookie Dorian Williams: Lack of college competition
This is an argument that can be used for a myriad of rookies, every year, but the lack of college competition can definitely come back to haunt young players when making the transition to the NFL, especially coming out of a smaller program like Tulane.
Williams was incredibly productive in college, yes, and that cannot go overlooked. His numbers look like video game numbers, in a way, specifically for a linebacker. The 132 total tackles are unbelievable for a single college season.
However, Williams and the Tulane defense only faced a pair of top-25 teams last season, specifically. Tulane played Kansas State early in the season, and then found themselves in a good, old-fashioned shootout in the Cotton Bowl classic against USC to end the year.
Making the transition from a smaller school, playing agains teams like UMASS, Tulsa, East Carolina, etc., is not the same as a linebacker coming in from the SEC, Big Ten or even Big 12. Williams will have an adjustment period, and hopefully he is up to the task of a major, major shift in competition.
