Age: 21

First up, the best receiver in the 2023 NFL Draft: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, or JSN for short. This is technically debatable, however, those that want to debate it can debate with a wall.

As for what Smith-Njigba brings to the table, the table is going to overflow.

JSN is one of, if not, the best route-runner in this draft, and along with that, he’s incredible with the ball in his hands. He’s a true YAC monster. No matter what team he goes to, he’s going to make that quarterback’s job much easier, especially in the middle of the field.

While he might not have blazing speed, he’s incredibly quick and has great acceleration. So, he might not do what Stefon Diggs does down the sidelines, but in the middle of the field, he’s going to make a lot of people look silly.

His separation ability combined with the arm of Josh Allen would be almost unfair to watch.

Now, JSN missed 2022 due to a lingering hamstring injury, but there is also a belief that he could’ve returned and chose not to.

That shouldn’t cause much reason for concern, especially if Smith-Njigba shows nothing in the physical assessments teams do prior to the draft.

If the Buffalo Bills have the chance to draft Jaxon Smith-Njigba, they’d be silly to pass on it.
