Available free agents to help Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen: Adam Thielen, WR

Lastly, the Bills could go after the longtime Minnesota Vikings fan favorite, wide receiver Adam Thielen. As one of the better red zone threats over the past several years, Thielen would give Allen quite the weapon to use inside the 20, as well as any other area of the field, of course.

But, Thielen has a knack for getting open and catching touchdowns. It’s just what he does. Over his last five seasons with the Vikings, Thielen has caught 45 touchdowns, and that’s also while playing a couple of years with maybe the league’s best wideout, Justin Jefferson.

Another aspect of bringing Thielen to Buffalo would be that he’d reunite with Stefon Diggs. Playing together in Minnesota for a couple of years, the two formed a bond and it would certainly be a positive to bring them together once again.

Thielen provides Allen with a security blanket; just one more receiver other than Diggs that can get open and is crafty with his route running. Pairing the two of them together again could change this offense for the better, and allow much more to open up not just for Allen, but other guys like Dawson Knox and the running backs. Even Gabe Davis could benefit, being allowed to run free at times and beat his man while defenders are focused more on Diggs and Thielen.
