Anthony Walker
Anthony Walker was originally a fifth round draft pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2017 and stepped in as the starter in his second season with the Colts. He would be primarily a starter over his next three seasons with over 300 total tackles during that stretch.
Walker would leave in free agency and sign with the Cleveland Browns in 2021 to be their starting middle linebacker and once again was productive with 113 total tackles, two tackles for a loss, one sack, and two passes defended. Unfortunately this past season, Walker would suffer a torn quad in Week 3 and his season would end early.
Anthony Walker may not bring those splash plays but he is a veteran that can provide a steady presence on the interior of this defense. He has the ability to move from sideline to sideline and is a linebacker that doesn’t miss many tackles.
