Trade Number 3
Lastly, the Bills could opt to get extremely aggressive and offer a deal that would probably upset the fans, initially. But, again, just remember what Henry could do for this offense. Let’s say you knew right now, that if the Bills traded for Henry, it would equal a Super Bowl.
Would that be enough to put fans at ease? I would assume as much. Let’s take a look at one more possible trade.
In this deal, the Bills are likely giving up a starting offensive lineman with that second-round pick. They’re giving up a top-60 player in the draft, if not higher. However, Beane is able to recoup a pick by convincing Tennessee to send their fifth-round selection back to Buffalo along with Henry.
Just remember, the Bills are trading for a player who has averaged well over 100 rushing yards per game over the past four seasons. That’s enough to make an impact that’s Super Bowl-worthy.
At first glance, some of these trades might shock and upset the fan base. But, think of the possibilities.
