Jordan Addison

Jordan Addison is considered to be one of the best wide receivers in this draft class and there is a good chance he is the first wide receiver drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft. If that is the case, the Buffalo Bills will unlikely be the team drafting him but if he were to fall, he is another wide receiver that would be a good fit in this offense.

During the media portion of the NFL Combine, Jordan Addison said that he did have a formal interview with the Buffalo Bills and he believed he ‘crushed it’ in terms of the plays and communicating it back. He also mentioned that he grew up in the same area as Stefon Diggs and he is a wide receiver that he has looked up to.

This makes a lot of sense as the two players are very similar in that they aren’t the biggest but are good route runners. They are able to do those little things that create the space needed to make plays. Addison had a breakout season in 2021 with the University of Pittsburgh where he had 100 receptions, 1,593 receiving yards, and 17 receiving touchdowns before transferring to USC last season.

He wasn’t as productive with USC but still had a good year with 59 receptions, 875 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns.
