The Buffalo Bills are going to try to improve their roster this offseason in hopes of getting past teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals, two teams who have ended the Bills seasons the past two years.
Unfortunately, the Bills are going to have limited cap space and that is only after they make some moves as they currently are projected to be $20 million over the salary cap set for the upcoming season.
This means general manager Brandon Beane might be forced to take some risks in free agency and these are four players they could target that might be high-risk but could end up being high-reward.

Will Fuller
The Buffalo Bills could be looking to add some speed to the wide receiver position and at one point Will Fuller was one of the best in the NFL. In 2020, as a member of the Houston Texans, Fuller had 53 receptions, 879 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns with an average of over 16 yards per reception.
However, a lot has changed since that season as Fuller signed a one-year contract as a free agent with the Miami Dolphins but would play in only two games in 2021 due to a broken thumb. Injuries have been an issue for Fuller over his career as he has yet to play a full regular season since entering the NFL in 2016.
Even after sitting out last season, Fuller will only be 29 years old and if he shows he still can be that deep threat, then he could be a player the Buffalo Bills take the chance on to address a need on offense.
