One thing that was missing from this position last season was a wide receiver that could beat defenses with his speed over the top. If the Bills want that vertical threat, then a wide receiver like Parris Campbell could be the free agent they target.

Parris Campbell was a second round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2019 NFL Draft but struggled with injuries early in his career. In his first three years in the NFL, Campbell would play a total of 15 regular season games but this past season was able to stay healthy the entire year and play all 17 games.

The chance to be on the field really helped him have a good season even though the Colts struggled to get any kind of consistency from their quarterback. He finished the season with 63 receptions, 623 receiving yards, and three touchdowns.

For the Buffalo Bills, the question will be whether or not they want to commit to a young wide receiver like Campbell who has shown to have injury concerns. In an offseason with limited options at wide receiver, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Parris Campbell get a bigger contract than expected and push him out of range for the Bills.
