Buffalo Bills route to the Super Bowl: Divisional Round vs. Cincinnati Bengals
In the divisional round, things will get not only serious but emotional. This is the game everybody will have been waiting for. The Cincinnati Bengals hosted Buffalo in that unforgettable Monday Night Football matchup just a few days ago. That was the night Damar Hamlin’s life changed forever.
It was the night in which the NFL world stopped dead in its tracks.
Though the NFL did the right thing in cancelling that game, this is where both teams get the chance to make it up. Only, Buffalo will be at home in this one.
With Hamlin being discharged from the hospital and continuing his rehabilitation at home, just picture the scene if he is even able to show up in person, simply to watch his teammates. It would be incredible; unbelievable really.
The game, itself, should be a barn burner. With Joe Burrow playing like an MVP candidate the last few months and Buffalo continuing to be a Super Bowl contender, these teams should put on quite the show.
For the sake of this argument, and the Bills reaching the Super Bowl, let’s say the Bills squeak this one out with a late Tyler Bass field goal.
