Von Miller

One player who is new to the Buffalo Bills but has made an immediate impact is defensive end Von Miller. This season through Week 11, Miller has eight sacks and 10 tackles for a loss which is good enough to rank in the Top 10 in both categories, and two passes defended with one forced fumble.

One of the most impressive facts about these stats is that Miller has been incredibly efficient in this defense. Through the first 10 games, Miller is playing only 65% of the team’s defensive snaps and if he continues this rate of sacks he will finish the year with close to 14 sacks which would be his highest total since 2018.

While Miller has played at a Pro Bowl level to begin the year, a knee injury against the Detroit Lions could cost him his ninth Pro Bowl nomination. There is plenty of uncertainty currently about when, or if, Miller can return this year. If it is a short absence, then he would still have a good chance of being named to the Pro Bowl.
