Another person who has recently left the Buffalo Bills is Dan Morgan, who was Director of Player Personnel for two years with the Bills from 2018 to 2020. He is now assistant general manager for the Carolina Panthers and while they are likely sellers, this is a trade that could be of interest to them.

The Panthers traded away their star running back Christian McCaffrey to the San Francisco 49ers and could use the remainder of the season to evaluate their roster. A player like Zack Moss could make sense for them as he is a young player on a rookie contract through the 2023 season.

Moss has struggled to make an impact since the Buffalo Bills drafted him in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He has fallen out of the rotation and was inactive against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 6 and while he was active against the Green Bay Packers he did not play a single snap.
