Buffalo Bills defense must keep Romeo Doubs in check

Romeo Doubs has been a surprising breakout player for the Packers this year as a fourth round draft pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. Doubs has created chemistry with Aaron Rodgers that’s starting to shine through as the season moves forward.

With 234 yards on the season and an average of nine yards a reception Doubs has proven to Matt LaFleur he can make an impact in his offense. Doubs has made big-time plays for Rodgers through six games as a rookie. For someone that wasn’t supposed to come out and produce right away is impressive.

Leslie Frazier and Sean McDermott must make a conservative effort in a game plan that takes Doubs out of the game or at least slows the explosive plays down when he does see the ball. He’s a big-body yards-after-the-catch receiver with the ability to force missed tackles. Tackling and proper leverage and angles must be key in getting Doubs to the grind effectively.
