Stefon Diggs/Gabe Davis vs. Chiefs cornerbacks

Surprisingly, it is the Kansas City Chiefs that are dealing with injuries in this game. One of the areas the Chiefs are dealing with a number of injuries is in their secondary as safety Bryan Cook and cornerback Rashad Fenton have been ruled out already for Sunday’s game.

The hope was that if those two players missed the game the Chiefs might get some help with Trent McDuffie potentially returning after he was activated off injured reserve. However, it seems he is unlikely to return this week according to James Palmer.

This means that Kansas City will start two rookies in fourth round pick Joshua Williams and seventh round pick Jaylen Watson. If this is the case, then Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis should have a significant advantage heading into this game.

Diggs is one of the best wide receivers in the league and ranks in the Top 5 currently in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. Meanwhile, Gabe Davis bounced back in a big way last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers with two touchdowns that went for 98-yards and 61-yards.

If the Bills get big games from their starting wide receivers, which in turn means a very productive day for Josh Allen, then Buffalo should be in a great position to secure the win.
