Football is a game of matchups and for the Buffalo Bills there are a few that they have to win if they hope to secure a victory in Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
This weekend’s game is going to be one between two very talented teams who are well-coached. In addition, they both have excellent quarterbacks in Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes that can take a game over at a moment’s notice.
When looking at this week’s game, there are a few matchups that appear as if they could be the deciding factor in the outcome of the game. If the Bills can win these, they will put themselves in a great position to give the Chiefs their first regular season home loss since Buffalo won in Arrowhead Stadium last year.

Bills Interior Offensive Line vs. Chris Jones
One spot that the Kansas City Chiefs probably have a clear advantage is whoever is going to be asked to block defensive lineman Chris Jones. The former Pro Bowl defensive tackle is playing excellent football right now and according to Pro Football Focus is the highest-graded defensive player in the entire NFL.
The Buffalo Bills offensive line has done a pretty good protecting Josh Allen but hasn’t made much improvement in creating running lanes for Devin Singletary and the other running backs. If the Bills can limit the impact Chris Jones has, it will set the offense up to be very successful against this Chiefs’ defense.
