The matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs looks to be one of the best regular season games of the season. These are two teams that are currently first and second in the AFC and are expected to remain there for the remainder of the year.

While the Bills’ defense has done an excellent job this season, the pressure this week is certainly going to be on the offense. They will need to put points on the board because the Chiefs offense, led by Patrick Mahomes, is one of the best in the league.

When looking at this game, these are five players on offense that I will be watching closely in Week 6.

Josh Allen

The offense will only go as far as Josh Allen is able to take them against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is the most important player on the team and typically the results of the game correlate closely to his performance.

The good news is that Josh Allen right now is playing excellent football and coming off a week where he was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week. He leads the league in passing yards and total touchdowns through the first five games.

Arrowhead Stadium is one of the toughest stadiums in the league for opposing quarterbacks but it hasn’t seemed to rattle Josh Allen. Last year, in his two starts there he combined for 644 passing yards, 127 rushing yards, 8 total touchdowns, and no interceptions.

If Josh Allen can continue this trend, the Buffalo Bills will be in a great position to secure a win against the Kansas City Chiefs.
