Buffalo Bills must take away George Pickens in the passing game

George Pickens hasn’t made much of an impact through the first four games for this Steelers offense as a rookie, but I expect George Picken’s role to increase as he continues to learn the scheme and the nuances that come with experience. George Pickens has 167 yards on 11 receptions with 15.2 yards a reception.

When George Pickens gets the ball, he has excellent yards after the catch. If he’s a big piece of this offense that offensive coordinator Matt Canada wants to take advantage of, Dane Jackson and Taron Johnson must do a fantastic job when tasked with covering Pickens.

George Pickens has shown that he can make big-time plays; he has excellent hands and a knack for the ball when it comes to his. Pickens is very aggressive and will not be afraid to get his hands on the Buffalo Bills’ secondary to create a window for Pickett to find him.

While all three starting WRs will be a problem, with only four games of tape on George Pickens, the secondary and defensive staff must know where 14 is on every play.
