Stefon Diggs can lead the league in receiving yards

This one may not be an overreaction because Stefon Diggs has already done it recently when he led the league in receptions and receiving yards in his first season with Buffalo in 2020. He is off to a great start to return to the top of the league in receiving yards, especially if Josh Allen has the season that is expected.

In the game against the Rams, Diggs had eight receptions for 122 receiving yards and one touchdown. While these stats may not be overly impressive on the surface, when considering he did it against Jalen Ramsey, one of the best corners in the league, those numbers should carry a little more weight.

In this offense with Ken Dorsey calling plays, the Bills not only are expected to challenge defenses more downfield but also lean heavily on their number one wide receiver and he should consistently see close to 10 targets a game.

While Diggs is only sixth in receiving yards after Week 1 before the Monday night game, he should have easier matchups that allow him to put up bigger totals and be in a position to lead the league in receiving yards.
