Football is officially almost back as the Buffalo Bills will be taking the field against the Los Angeles Rams a little over 24 hours from now on Thursday night. The Rams are the defending Super Bowl champions and there is a chance that this matchup between the Bills and Rams could be a Super Bowl preview for the upcoming season.

In a game between two of the best teams in the league, there will be plenty of highlights and these are four bold predictions for the Buffalo Bills’ first game of the 2022 season.

Von Miller has two sacks in his return to Los Angeles

This is a game that probably will have more meaning for Von Miller than the other players on the Buffalo Bills. The last time Miller was on the football field at SoFi Stadium he was a member of the Rams and was celebrating winning his second Super Bowl.

However, this offseason Miller left the Rams in free agency and signed with the Buffalo Bills. He talked about some of the emotions he might feel in this game this week but he also wants to make memories with his new teammates.

The Rams offensive line lost some key starters from last year’s team like left tackle Andrew Whitworth (retirement) and Austin Corbett (free agency). They also lost rookie Logan Bruss due to a knee injury this summer.

This is a game for Von Miller to get off to a fast start and I believe he will not only get one but two sacks against his former team.
