4 free agents the Buffalo Bills could sign after roster cuts
Joe Haden
The Buffalo Bills made it official on Tuesday that they are going to be without Tre’Davious White for at least the first four games, and most likely longer, as he tries to work his way back from the ACL injury suffered last season.
The outside cornerback position is very inexperienced without Tre’Davious White with Dane Jackson, Kaiir Elam, and Christian Benford expected to combine to be your starters.
One player the Buffalo Bills could consider to help this group until White is able to return is Joe Haden. While the veteran cornerback is 33 years old and not playing at the same level he did earlier in his career, the Bills have had success adding in older players to their defense at that position, like Josh Norman.
The Bills certainly may be confident in the players they have on the roster but it wouldn’t hurt to have a backup plan already with the team to plug in if they struggle while Tre’Davious White is out.
