4 Buffalo Bills who could secure their roster spot against Denver Broncos
When the NFL decreased the preseason from four games to three games, which began last year, it took away one game for teams to evaluate their roster. For players on the Buffalo Bills who are trying to earn a spot on the 53-man roster, it makes each of the remaining preseason games more important with limited opportunities in the preseason.
For some players, they took advantage of their opportunities in the first preseason game and if they have another strong performance on Saturday against the Denver Broncos, they should put them in a position to secure a roster spot.

Zack Moss
Among the four players on the list, Zack Moss probably has the best chance to make the 53-man roster after what he has shown in training camp and the first preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts. It would be surprising if he were released and if the Bills didn’t have room on the roster he probably would garner interest on the trade market.
In the first preseason game, Moss only had five touches but in that limited opportunity looked better than he did almost all of last season. He showed good burst on a 27-yard run and also ran with power on a few runs inside.
The depth at running back is starting to look like a potential strength for this offense with Devin Singletary, James Cook, and a rejuvenated Zack Moss. Another good game from Moss will solidify his spot in this offense.
