Dawson Knox

Last year, Dawson Knox had a big season for the Buffalo Bills with nine receiving touchdowns and over 500 receiving yards. However, with the athleticism he brings to the position there is no reason that Dawson Knox could finish himself in the Top 5 at the tight end position.

In fantasy football, there is a group of Travis Kelce, George Kittle, Mark Andrews, and Kyle Pitts that are that top tier at the tight end position. After these four, there are a number of tight ends that could make a claim for that fifth spot and Dawson Knox has a great chance to be that player.

One of the reasons those four tight ends are in a group by themselves is due to opportunity. While Dawson Knox won’t see 90 or more targets like Kelce and Andrews, he does have similar averages when comparing their careers, like the fact that all three are around 12.5 yards per reception.

If Knox continues to have the averages he does, any increase in targets and receptions can be just the lift he needs to move into that discussion of being one of the best at the position in fantasy football.
