Rev and Z-Bot are back again with another banger episode! This time the two dive into NFL commentary, as they commentate the Buffalo Bills vs. LA Rams game on Madden 22 simulation. They are also joined by Evan Harrington who is the rules analyst for this event.

1st Quarter (8:45)

The defending Super Bowl champions (LA Rams) start off with the Ball. Cam Akers is a problem for the Bills’ defense early on. Picking up a huge 3rd down on the Rams’ first drive. The Bills hold the Rams to a field goal attempt, but the kick is missed.

The Bills’ offense takes the field for the first time this season! On Josh Allen’s second pass of the season, he gets picked off by the Rams defense. The Bills’ offense and defense looking shaky to start the season.

Both teams are off to a slow start. At the end of the 1st quarter, the LA Rams are up 3-0 on a made field goal by kicker Matt Gay.

2nd Quarter (23:41)

The second quarter is underway and O.J. Howard gets 3 straight receptions for the Buffalo Bills. Josh Allen is still shaky as the Bills’ offense has yet to produce something offensively. The running game isn’t a factor either as every time the Bills run the ball, they’ve run straight at Aaron Donald, which is not a smart thing to do.

The Bills’ defense came to play in the 2nd quarter as MLB Tremaine Edmunds has been all over the place making an impact on this game. Also to mention his partner in crime Matt Milano has a very strong game as well.

The Rams’ special teams unit has been holding them back all game as kicker Matt Gay is 1 for 3 on kicks before the end of the half.

The Bills get the ball back right before the end of the half and Josh Allen has one thing in mind… that’s to score some points! Josh uses his legs to get the Bills downfield into field goal range and Tyler Bass tie this game up 3-3 going into the half.

Halftime Performance by: ZZ-Bot (42:25)

3rd Quarter (53:42)

The 3rd quarter is underway as both teams continue to struggle. That has been the main of this game. Neither team can move the ball well offensively. Both teams playing well defensively.

Cam Akers continues to have a strong game tearing up the Bills’ defensive line. Matt Milano puts a stop to that, as he blows up a few plays. The Bills’ defensive line has been underwhelming all game, but they get a huge sack to get a stop.

The Bills get a few nice runs at the end of the 3rd to give themselves momentum. The score still remains 3-3.

4th Quarter (1:03:13)

The 4th quarter is underway. Both teams looking to start the season 1-0. This game is still tied 3-3.

Josh Allen continues to torch the Rams defense with his legs. Allen is struggling passing the football but is red-hot rushing the football. The Bills settle for a Tyler Bass field goal on 4th down to give the Bills a 6-3 lead.

The Rams get the ball back down 6-3. Stafford and Krupp start heating up late in the game. Bills defense leaving wide receiver open all over the place. Tremaine Edmunds with a huge stop on 2nd down. The Bills defense comes up with a huge stop. The Rams end up settling for a Matt Gay field goal to tie the game 6-6 late in the 4th quarter.

Josh Allen gets the ball back with a chance to win this game for the Buffalo Bills. Josh starts off the drive with a completion to Gabe Davis. Sean McDermott with question clock management after that completion, as he doesn’t call a timeout for almost 10 seconds. It doesn’t matter to Josh Allen as he completes a pass to Isaiah Mackenzie towards the sideline.
