For the past few years, Travis Kelce has been without question the top tight end in the NFL but this past season that gap closed significantly and there is a case to be made that Mark Andrews is the top tight end in the NFL.

In 2021, Andrews would lead all tight ends in the NFL in receptions (101) and receiving yards (1,361) while also tied for the league lead in touchdowns with nine. He would end up coming up 55 yards short of the single-season record for receiving yards by a tight end, which was set by Kelce the year prior.

Mark Andrews is without question the top receiving option for Lamar Jackson in the Ravens’ offense. While it is one of the most run-heavy in the league, Andrews gives them some balance with his ability as a receiver.

While Andrews is an excellent receiver, the Buffalo Bills have done a good job limiting him in the two regular season games they have played as he has only seven receptions and 45 yards in those games. In the one playoff game, Andrews played against Buffalo he had 4 receptions and 28 yards.

If the Buffalo Bills want to give themselves a good chance to beat the Ravens this year, they will need to make sure they limit Mark Andrews as much as possible.
