The good news for the Buffalo Bills is that most of the wide receivers in these rankings aren’t on their schedule until the second half of the year which should give them a good chance to have Tre’Davious White available and closer to being fully recovered from his torn ACL.

Unfortunately, the best wide receiver on their 2022 schedule is set to play the Bills the first week of the season when Buffalo travels to Los Angeles to face the Rams. Cooper Kupp last year led the league in receptions (145), receiving yards (1,945), and receiving touchdowns (16) and was the favorite target of Matthew Stafford during their run to a Lombardi Trophy.

Kupp would go on to be named to his first Pro Bowl, first-team All-Pro nomination, and win Offensive Player of the Year last season.

While most weeks Tre’Davious White would be lining up against the opposing team’s top wide receiver, Cooper Kupp plays a majority of his snaps out of the slot. This is why this week it will be Taron Johnson, the team’s primary starting nickel corner, that will be tasked with slowing down the best wide receiver in the league.
