Which Buffalo Bills AFC East rivals deserve more hype?

Maybe they’re someone who is on the brink of a breakout, or maybe they’re just a really talented player who isn’t noticed as much. Sometimes, narratives spearhead the game more than actual play, so it’s possible that some less narrative-heavy players are getting lost in the dust.
