Week 13: Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

For the second straight week, the Buffalo Bills will be playing on Thursday as they face the New England Patriots for the first time this season on Thursday Night Football. It also starts a stretch of three straight divisional games.

Last year, the Patriots were the biggest competition within the AFC East for the Buffalo Bills. In fact, they had a late-season prime-time matchup with them that New England would win and help move them ahead of Buffalo in the standings. The Bills rebounded though to win the next two matchups, including a “perfect” game against the Patriots in the playoffs.

It is not smart to dismiss a Bill Belichick coached team and this certainly has a chance to be a close game but Buffalo should not let history repeat itself and be able to come away with a win here.
