Tough stretch to start the year for the Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills’ bye week is Week 7 this year and the first six games before that are a tough stretch for this team. The Bills open the season with four road games with games at Los Angeles, Miami, Baltimore, and then arguably the biggest game on the schedule against the Kansas City Chiefs.

In addition to that, the Bills’ home games are against two playoff teams from last year the Tennessee Titans and then the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Buffalo Bills really can’t afford to get off to a slow start as after the Rams game, all five teams are in the AFC and have playoff aspirations. This means that Buffalo could be competing with these teams potentially for playoff seeding at the end of the year.

The good news is that in the final five games of the season, three of those games are home and are all against AFC East divisional opponents. If the division race is close, these home games will help give them an advantage.
