The Buffalo Bills appear to be doing a great deal of homework on the tight end position and these are five players that could be draft targets

One position that has surprisingly appeared to become a priority for the Buffalo Bills is the tight end position. Last year, they had one of the best tight ends in the league with Dawson Knox having a breakout year.

The first two years for Knox were inconsistent but the former third round pick took that next step in his career. He emerged as a reliable pass catcher for Josh Allen and would finish the year tied for the league lead in touchdowns among tight ends with nine.

The Bills would then add former first round pick O.J. Howard in free agency to pair with Knox. This signing gives new offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey the talent to be a little more flexible in his play-calling and potentially utilize more two-tight end sets this coming season.

While the position looks set for this season, there are questions past that point and that is why Buffalo may be taking a closer look at the tight end position. Let’s take a look at five tight ends that they have reportedly been linked to over the past few months.
