John Miller
The first player is one that the Buffalo Bills know well as John Miller started his career with Buffalo after they drafted him in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He would start 47 games for Buffalo over four seasons before leaving in free agency after the 2018 season.
Miller would play two seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals before spending last year with the Panthers. This past season wasn’t great for Miller and he did struggled to the point that he was a healthy scratch in the regular season finale for Carolina.
The Buffalo Bills are likely to address the interior of their offensive line this offseason, either in free agency or the NFL Draft, and adding an experienced player like Miller could make sense. This is a situation where he could have a chance to compete for the starting job but likely would be a better fit as an experienced backup to add depth to the position.
