Buffalo Bills Senior Bowl Target: Devonte Wyatt, IDL (Georgia)

While Jordan Davis will dominate the discussion in terms of defensive tackles from Georgia, Devonte Wyatt had a great season in his own right. Wyatt has been a big part of the Bulldogs’ defense over the past four years but this past season was definitely his best with 39 total tackles, seven tackles for a loss, and 2.5 sacks.

The defensive tackle position is another one that could see significant changes for the Buffalo Bills with Vernon Butler, Harrison Phillips, and Justin Zimmer all set to be free agents. There are also questions about whether or not Star Lotulelei will be back even though he still has two more years left on his contract.

The depth on the defensive line is important with how frequently the coaching staff rotates players through so even if Buffalo brings back one or two of those free agents, this should still be a position they take a close look at. Devonte Wyatt would be a great addition to rotate through as he does a good job both against the run and pressuring the quarterback.
