Quarterback

It was a heartbreaking loss for the Buffalo Bills, but they would not have been close it this game without another unbelievable performance by Josh Allen. He would finish the game with 329 passing plays, 68 rushing yards with four passing touchdowns, and no turnovers.

The stat line is impressive but that doesn’t fully describe the impact Allen makes for this offense. There were a number of plays, particularly in the final minutes like the scramble on fourth down or throwing a touchdown pass to Gabriel Davis on fourth and 13, that is hard to imagine many other quarterbacks in the NFL being able to make.

The Bills would come up short but Josh Allen was nearly perfect (again) on Sunday night.

Running Backs

Devin Singletary started the game as a big part of this offense with five touches on the opening drive, including a one-yard touchdown run on 4th and Goal. However, after that drive, the Bills running back was an afterthought in this offense with only nine touches the remainder of the game.

Singletary finished the game with 26 rushing yards, 25 receiving yards, and one touchdown. When considering the limited opportunities he had, it is hard to grade him too harshly and he did seem to respond with the touches he did get.
