Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox

In Week 5, tight end Dawson Knox had a career game as he finished with 117 receiving yards, which is his only game in his NFL career with over 100 receiving yards, and one touchdown. That touchdown reception helped extend his streak to four straight games with at least one touchdown.

The reason Knox is important this week is that he really challenges the Chiefs down the middle of the field. A player like Knox will force safeties to move in and not be able to provide that double coverage on the outside against wide receivers like Stefon Diggs.

This past week against the Patriots, Dawson Knox was a big reason for Buffalo’s success as he finished the game leading the team in receptions (5), receiving yards (83), and receiving touchdowns (2). It would not be surprising to see Knox add a couple more long receptions to his resume on Sunday night against Kansas City.
