Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets: 4 players who stood out in Week 18

It was another impressive game from the Buffalo Bills starting safety and just another example of how ridiculous it was that he was not named to the Pro Bowl. In the game against the Jets, Poyer had four total tackles, two sacks, and one pass defended.

According to the Buffalo Bills PR, Poyer is the only player in the NFL to have five or more interceptions and three or more interceptions this season.

Since joining the Bills in 2017, Poyer has been a big part of this defense’s success. He is a player that can seemingly do anything a team needs from the safety position and knows how to come up with the big play when needed. This past Sunday against the New York Jets was just another example of that.
