Will the Buffalo Bills punt in Week 18?

One player who hasn’t played much recently has been Matt Haack. The team’s starting punter in fact hasn’t had to attempt a punt in two straight games. This is the first time since 2004 a team hasn’t punted in consecutive games, which was accomplished by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The big reason that Haack hasn’t had to punt is that Sean McDermott has been more aggressive with his play-calling. The Bills are going for it more on fourth down recently, which has worked out in their favor.

This newfound aggressiveness, combined with Josh Allen throwing three interceptions, has meant punting opportunities has become non-existent. It will be interesting to see if the Buffalo Bills are able to extend their streak to three games on Sunday.
