Harrison Phillips

Another player who is playing great football recently is defensive tackle Harrison Phillips. This streak started back in Week 13 against the New England Patriots and he has had good games on a weekly basis since.

This week, Phillips showed off his pass-rushing ability with a sack and three QB hits. He also had four total tackles along with the fumble recovery off Greg Rousseau’s strip-sack in the first half.

It is worth noting that even with Star Lotulelei back this week, Phillips still got the start alongside Ed Oliver and played the second-highest percentage of snaps (68%). It appears Phillips has surpassed Lotulelei on the depth chart and could remain the starter of the rest of the year.
