Buffalo Bills to wear all-white uniforms in Week 16 against the Patriots
What uniform combination will the Buffalo Bills wear in Week 16 against the New England Patriots?
One week after wearing their all-red uniforms, the Buffalo Bills will stick with the one-color uniforms in Week 16 against the New England Patriots. This week, they will be wearing white jerseys with white pants when they take the field in Gillette Stadium on Sunday.
According to The Gridiron Uniform Database, this will be the third time the Bills have worn this uniform combination this year. They wore it in Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which was the only time they have worn it at home and it was also the only time they have lost this season. They lost that game 23-16 to the Steelers.
The next two times were on the road and they wore this uniform combination in Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs, which they would win 38-20. The Bills also wore it on the road in Week 10 against the New York Jets, which they won in a blowout, winning 45-17.
Buffalo Bills had success in 2020 in the all-white uniforms
Last year, the Buffalo Bills wore the all-white uniforms three times and were undefeated in that combination. Once again, they wore this combination to start the year in their home game against the New York Jets.
They wore them again two weeks later in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams, a game they would win in the final seconds. The final game was in Week 13 against another NFC West opponent when they played the San Francisco 49ers, which was a 34-24 victory for the Bills.
The 5-1 record for the Buffalo Bills hopefully is a good sign for them in a game they must win on Sunday against the New England Patriots if they hope to win the AFC East.
