Las Vegas Raiders

Another team that could be looking for a head coach this offseason is the Las Vegas Raiders. They started the year with Jon Gruden but he resigned after emails he wrote that included anti-gay and misogynistic language were reported on by the New York Times.

The Raiders started the year 3-0 but have gone 4-7 since that fast start with Rich Bisaccia taking over as head coach after Gruden for the past 10 weeks. The Raiders remain in the playoff picture after a last-second field goal gave them the win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 15.

Even though Bisaccia has been able to keep the Raiders competitive, they are likely going to explore head coaching options after the season.

A coach like Leslie Frazier could be a great fit with some of the players on the defensive side of the ball like Maxx Crosby, Yannick Ngakoue, as well as talented safety duo of Jonathan Abram and Trevon Moehrig. He would be able to maximize the talent on this side of the ball which could just be enough of a difference to push the Raiders into the playoffs if they miss it this year.
