Josh Allen

Almost every week, Josh Allen is a player to watch because he is the most important player to the Bills’ success and also because he makes incredible throws and runs that most in the NFL can’t. However, this week against the Panthers the franchise quarterback is on this list for another reason.

The reason is he has a foot injury that potentially could keep him out of Week 15 but fortunately Allen appears to be trending to playing. However, if he does play there will almost certainly be some lingering effects, which could impact his performance against the Panthers.

The biggest question will be if Brian Daboll elects to change up an offensive game plan that worked against the Bucs. One of the reasons it did was because of how much, and how well, Josh Allen ran the ball. He had 12 carries for 109 rushing yards and a touchdown in Week 14.

Last week, Josh Allen put the Buffalo Bills on his back and tried to will this team to a win over the defending Super Bowl champions. If he is on the field Sunday, I wouldn’t be surprised if he accomplished that goal against the Panthers.
