Defensive Ends

Tom Brady is one of the least sacked quarterbacks in the NFL and has learned to evade pressure in the pocket and get the ball out quickly. It is not an easy task putting pressure on one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game.

However, even with that said there has to be hope there would be more production from this group. The Bills as a defensive only had four QB hits and defensive ends accounted for only one, with A.J. Epenesa getting credited with it.

The pass rush has been almost non-existent over the past 10 games and this is something that needs to improve.

Defensive Tackles

The Buffalo Bills entered this game without Star Lotulelei, but his replacements (Harrison Phillips, Eli Ankou, Brandin Bryant) did a pretty good job after the first quarter. In that first quarter, Leonard Fournette was running with ease and had 56 rushing yards, including a 47-yard touchdown.

However, over the final three quarters and overtime, the Bucs running back only was able to get 56 yards on the ground. Of the defensive tackles, Eli Ankou was probably the most impressive and finished the game with three total tackles, one tackle for a loss, and one sack.

It would not be surprising to see him called up more from the practice squad, or even be signed to the active roster moving forward.
