The Buffalo Bills got a number of starters back at practice on Thursday ahead of Monday night’s matchup with the New England Patriots.

The Buffalo Bills have had a few extra days to prepare for the New England Patriots with their last game being on Thanksgiving night and their matchup with the Patriots taking place on Monday night. This extra time has seemingly helped as the Bills had only two players miss practice on Thursday but also got a number of starters back.

One of the key players returning to practice this week is defensive tackle Star Lotulelei. He has missed the past three games after being placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Lotulelei was listed as limited and it will be worth watching if his participation picks up as the week progresses.

Jon Feliciano and Spencer Brown are back at practice for the Buffalo Bills

Two players who returned on Thursday but weren’t on the injury report were offensive guard Jon Feliciano and offensive tackle Spencer Brown. The reason that Feliciano was not on the report was his practice window was opened earlier in the week but he has not been officially added to the active roster yet. It is unknown at this point if he will play against the Patriots.

However, one player who looks almost certain to play is Spencer Brown. The rookie was on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and missed the past two weeks but was a full participant on Thursday and not on the injury report. Jon Scott of The Spectrum News provided a video of both Feliciano and Brown at practice:

Cole Beasley and Reggie Gilliam were the only two players not to practice

The Buffalo Bills only had two players who did not practice at all with Cole Beasley missing today for vet rest and Reggie Gilliam missing due to an ankle injury. Beasley has been dealing with a rib injury for a few weeks but has not missed any games yet due to the injury.

The injury for Gilliam is a little more concerning as he did leave the game against the Saints early due to that ankle injury. The only other players on the injury report for Thursday were Cody Ford, who was a full participant after a bicep injury, and Matt Milano, who was limited with a shoulder injury.
