On the defensive side of the ball, the Buffalo Bills need to set the tone and win the battle in the trenches. This is going to start with defensive tackle Ed Oliver, who is quietly having an excellent season in the interior of this defensive line.

This past week against the Colts, the Bills defensive line got bullied but Oliver was not necessarily one of those players. He finished the game with only two tackles, one tackle for a loss but had his first sack of the year taken away due to a holding penalty by Taron Johnson.

This week, the Bills will want to get pressure on Trevor Siemen and Ed Oliver can help lead the way. The former first round pick has also enjoyed playing on Thanksgiving and had a big game his rookie season on the holiday against the Cowboys when he had two sacks, one pass defended, and one fumble recovery.
