Josh Allen has two rushing touchdowns for the Buffalo Bills

When Josh Allen entered the league, he was running at a much higher rate but as his career has gone on, the Bills quarterback has been running less and less. This is true particularly as of late with only nine rushing attempts over his past three games.

However, this week would be a great opportunity to move Josh Allen around and put pressure on the Saints’ defense by calling more designed runs for him. This past week, Jalen Hurts with the Philadelphia Eagles was very effective against the Saints with 18 rushing attempts, 69 rushing yards, and three rushing touchdowns.

While Josh Allen is not the same runner as Hurts, who is quicker and more elusive, the Buffalo Bills can find some areas to take advantage of Allen’s mobility. One area, in particular, is close to the goal line and in the red zone. I believe offensive coordinator Brian Daboll is going to use this and Allen will score not one, but two, rushing touchdowns this week against the Saints.
