Buffalo Bills beat themselves with mistakes

The first half couldn’t have gone any worse as the Buffalo Bills couldn’t seem to do anything right. The biggest issue was turnovers as the Bills had two in the first half that the Colts capitalized on with two touchdowns.

On the opening drive, it was a Josh Allen interception to George Odom. The Buffalo Bills quarterback almost threw a second interception on the next drive to Odom but it was ruled incomplete for hitting the ground.

After the Bills scored a touchdown and the Colts responded with a field goal, Isaiah McKenzie fumbled the ensuing kickoff. The Colts brought it back to the two and Jonathan Taylor scored a touchdown on the next play.

It didn’t get much better in the second half, and the Buffalo Bills would end up losing the turnover battle by giving up four turnovers and not being able to force any themselves. They also had too many costly penalties with seven overall, with four of them giving the Colts first downs.
